How many surrealist painters does it take to change a lightbulb?

Is it the painter that changes the Lightbulb, or the Lightbulb that changes the Painter?

One? They might not have enough paint to paint the whole thing. D:

Well, all painters would have the paint brush in one hand, and a tray of paint in the other hand.
A painter so extreme as a surrealist painter would not be caught dead without holding the tray of paint. Why use paint buckets on some filthy table or floor? Ruins the feel.

Therefore, generally, it would be impossible for any surrealist painter to change a light bulb because they have no hands to change it with.

UNLESS, they were to be so surreal, they would artistically use their feet to methodically replace the light bulb... with, another one. This would take at least 3 pairs of surrealistic painter feet.

BUUUUUUT, in another sense, they can also simply "change" the lightbulb by surrealistically painting over the lightbulb. That really would only need one surrealistic painter. But you can't go wrong with extra help.

Oh, dear. The answer is a bit anticlimactic considering all these well thought out ideas...
