Post Urbz 2?
I thought Urbz was one of the best games on console from Maxis. The graphics were awesome and the game play was fun!

Anyone know if an Urbz 2 is coming out?

I picked up the urbz at my local kmart the other day they had about 6 copies. They had them priced for 19.99 but when I got to the register they was marked down to 10.00.I haven't played much of this game I'm still at the beginning but so far it doesn't seem that interesting.I hope it gets better as I just ordered the strategy guide for this game from amazon used.

Yeah, it was definetly one of their worse games. That was the first game I played to have pets though, before I discovered the pc so I was mildly impressed.

Perhaps this shall be that Nightlife type expansion pack except with a lot more features.

The Sims 3 In the City - Take your Sims out on a night on the town by visiting the local diner, bowling ally, nightclub, or perhaps even rent your own apartment downtown. For the first time ever, create your very own neighborhood to live in or visit. Your Sims are finally making the leap into city life.

Even though your post is a year and a half old, I had forgotten all about it.

I liked the urbz, but thinking back on the game now, it's definitely the worst of the console games I've played. Sims and Sims Bustin Out(Very good fun on that) were much more fun.Offtopic: Dang, now I wish my Xbox still worked so I could play Bustin Out.

Lol, I never played on Urbz much. I didn't mind it though, it was an OK game!
I got rly sick of hearing Simlish Black Eyed Peas songs though. I've never heard that full album, and I don't plan to now!

Urbz was great for it's time, Just don't compare it to the PC Sims.
But I liked it, it had clothes and hairdo that really stood out.
It's likely what gave them the idea to add groups in a few of their games.
Rep likely as well.

I doubt they'll make a second one though, They'd only make it worse likely.

But overall I still liked it. the DS version was okay... But I preferred the console ones.

I wish I had used the free download before it ran out though for the Black Eye Pea song.
I seem to always enjoy most songs in Simlish. English was good too though!

I LOVED this game. I hated when my sim had to go to the bikers place *barfs* and those people with the metalworks, SO ANNOYING.(the sounds they make on their 'side' of the city).

But I once managed to finish the game and get Darius' penthouse :excited:

I got to live in the penthouse too, but I don't remember or know if it means that the game's finished. Anyways, I kinda liked Urbz a few years ago, but nowadays, after Sims 2 & 3...

Well, since you get to the top of the reputation 'chart' and managed to find all pieces of the counterfeiting machine, technically it's 'finished'.

Oh, okay. Hm. I'm not sure about it. I could always check, but I don't really want to dig it up from wherever it has been hidden. :Astonished:

I loved Urbz and I would love for another one to be made. I played it as a pre-teen years ago and I thought it was the greatest Non-Sim Sims game that I ever played. I haven't found another console game that Ive enjoyed as much at that.

I liked Urbz.

For a few days..

I don't know, but I think it was a little too difficult for my little kid mind at the time of it's release :silly:

I loved that game!
I was 2 goals away from completing every single goal in the game, when my xBox broke and I lost everything!
