Who is your favourite and least pre-made family?
Just asking because obviously, I just wanna know who is their favourite and least favourite.
Reason why is because I want everyone to share their opinion on how they like or not like the family :D

Re: Who is your favourite and least pre-made family?
I loved so many in Sims 2...but I liked playing Don Lothario and the Pleasant family. I liked playing Don 'cause I made him have so many kids (I like the idea of Don pregnant, still do which is why I was a bit disappointed in the Sims 3) I also liked playing the Pleasant family because after Daniel left, I made Mary Sue happy and got her a new job, new wife (Cassandra and Mary Sue are one of my pairings in Sims2) and the twins made up and I made them "switch" styles. And then I loved playing the Curious family....

The brokes, something about this family irks me. Just looking at them annoys me, I tried to play them, but left their house after ten mintues and just went to play my families.

I love the Caliente sisters. My favorites in Pleasantview has to be the Goths, Calientes and the Pleasants. I just... love how "real" the family dyanimics are. I mean, the Pleasants are the best example of that.

The pleasants and calientes are epic, yes! About a month ago I created them in sims 3 and played them for some time, it was fun.

I always had an attachment to the Calientes, probably because I intermarried them with my own characters when I was first played TS2 so I just fell in love with how my own story played out with theirs. I also used to love the Goths but after a while I found them a little over-rated and I never felt motivated to do much with them. The Pleasants were also pretty fun.

I am going to have to say the Goth's. I like them because there is alot of drama and mysteries involved in the family, and they are great for writing stories and making movies.

I loved playing Don, he was such a man-whore, he got all the sim ladies. It was my personal goal to get him to be in love with everygirl in the game. MWAHAHAHA.

The Calientes were my fave. *nod* Especially Dina. Uh I guess the Oldies were my least fave. I never played them really. Well once but that was it.

Re: Who is your favourite and least pre-made family?
My personal favorite right now is the Brokes. I have been playing Pleasantveiw in a prosperity style cycle with the preplaced households for almost a full round now, and they're by far my favorite. It was a suprise to me that Brandi turned out to be preggers, and I ended up feeding her some cheesecake so she had twins Pete and Tristan. It's also cool that I don't know who the father of them is, since I couldn't figure out a cadidtae in the relationships or memories panel. Maxis is crafty like that. I also like how I now have babies, a child, and a teen and adult in the house all at once now without having to carefully plan it out. It gives me a taste of all the different stages, and I've found it more strategically interesting trying to figure out if I was going to move Dustin out as soon as he hit adult so he could start up his first business, keep him in the house so I can fufill Brandi's 10-kids impossible want without getting her remarried (which would really just be for the help and the LTW) , who I will get to enable Brandi to have all those babies, etc. My least favorite (at least, in pleasantveiw) is the Pleasants, ironically. I just find their situation too cliche, and when I played them, I didn't want to break the family up even though I probably should. The fact that the sisters fight all the time is also kind of annoying to me, and no major changes were made while I was in the house. I forsee Daniel and Mary-Sue breaking up once the twins leave the house, since I'm too late to get Mary-Sue preggers again. Bah. Not a fan!

My favorite was the Caliente's, I just loved whoring those girls around town I also loved the Oldies, they where such a cute old couple My least favorite where the Burbs, they seemed useless and un-motivational to play. There's hardly any backstory and they're just so...bland

0_0 wrote: Just for the record, Kaylynn is definitely saucier then Mary-sue Yeah I'd agree with that. I played about all of the pre-mades in Pleasantview(the only hood I ever played). All the families were in the 3rd/4th generations last when I played them. Out of those the Dreamer family was my fav with Dirk Dreamer as my all-time favorite sim. First Darren wed Cassandra Goth. They had 2 kids then Dirk went to college then married sweetheart Lilith Pleasant and they had 2 kids together. He went to the top of the Athletic career while she stayed home to take care of their kids.. Family I never played was Florence Dellarosa(the home flower shop lady) and the Tinker family. But for the most part I enjoyed all the pre-mades usually more than my own original sims. My current pc's hard drive is going to the bad so I'm getting a brand new pc soon and I'll be able to play TS3 on it too. But I'm sure that I'll crank up some TS2 on it somedays as well. I have decided to start over and play Belladonna Cove this time around..
