I want every Sim of mine to be realistic, but I have no idea what content to use.

I basically want realistic alternatives to the default skintones and eyes.

Suggestions?

Mod The Sims has a tone of good skins/eyes.

I think Mandy (dragonmandy) is without a doubt one of the best creators for realism. She for the most part does eyes and makeup, and has some hair. She's one of my favourite creators, so I would recommend checking out her stuff at http://www.modthesims.info/member.php?u=1051765
