 Alright.. Here's my first house ever! I based it off of a blueprint I found online.
Daytime front 
Floorplan 
Backyard 
Living room 
Master bed 
Master bath 
Bedroom 2 
Bedroom 3 
2nd bath 
Kitchen 
View from back door I've uploaded it to the exchange if you want it. http://thesims2.ea.com/exchange/lot_det ... _id=727852 No mods, hacks, or CC used. BUT I do have ALL EPS AND STUFF PACKS, and I can't remember what I used from what. it looks very nice! =)
u should customize the roof yourself instead of doing an auto roof though. i dunno just doesnt work for the house |

I tried and tried with that darn roof to get it right, said screw it, and auto-roofed it. :P I sketched down the floorplan of the blueprint, and forgot to sketch what the front, back, and roof should look like. Next time I'll remember to do all of the sketches. And thanks for all of the compliments, everyone. =D I can't wait to build more. I love doing the interior best, though. I have an idea for the roof, you can remove the middle part of the roof and replace it with tiling, that'd make it look stylish.

Ok, I got my HP and I just started on this house today and finished it as well, I started at 9AM and ended at 12PM, that's a lotta time XD
