The ban is precisely 72 hours, so if you got banned at 1pm on the 1st of the month, you'll be unbanned at 1pm on the 4th, not at midnight.

They told me I was no longer suspended but I still get the banned message when I try to post.I think it's more of a website issue now.I just fired them off another email.If they can't get it fixed I'll have to reregister under another name and email address.

Edit my serial code won't work when I enter it as someone else.I'll find a way to get back in thou.

Isn't it against the rules to have more than one account? I thought that was why you had to register your serial number so you can only have one account

Yes it is against the rules I guess but my ban was suppose to officially end yesterday and I'm still banned.I'm so tempted to sit up an alternate account.

To the other poster I just sent them my 15th email.They've stopped answering me I think I've been permatley banned.I send them an email every couple of hours so maybe persistance will pay off.

I wouldn't make a second account. That will just make the situation worse cause that will give them an other reason to ban you again. If they don't respond to emails, you can always call them in a last ditch effort. And your account is determined by the serial number you register, so even if you make a new account, you will still be banned because that particular serial number is linked to your account

... You could always just get a keygen for The Sims 3, which means you get a fresh new code which will hopefully work. Then just use that as a serial code, although you never know what they have planned with EA. >_>

My suspension was 72 hours and I was able to use the forum again immediately after that time was up. I think there must be an error with your suspension. Not surprising, because the EA Sims 3 forum has been having a lot of technical problems since forever. I'm thinking it's just a technical problem that's keeping you off for more than 72 hours.

That's why I would never even post on that god forsaken forum. Plus with pirated items and free items you should keep to fight club-like rules. First rule of fight club.. no one talks about fight club.

You can't get to the forums anymore.They've been down since 8pm last night.Most likely they won't be back up till Monday.I think they had a server crash which was pretty severe.Serves them right.I'm glad their website broke.

I don't think sending them an email every day is going to make them unban you, rather they might get annoyed and just ban you permanently. It's kind of childish if you ask me. I wouldn't care if they banned me from the site, I avoid it at all cost. Every time I try to read their board I end up getting angry at how stupid people can get.

Well childish or not I want to get unbanned.My email I'm using for that site no longer works so they want me to submit a new one so they can unban me.They may have to give me a new serial code as well.I can now log on with my new email address but it wants me to sign up again and want take my original name or serial code.If I can no longer log in as sharkloverplayer I lose my 1350 store points and all the stuff I downloaded can't be redownloaded for free if something goes wrong.

I can no longer even log in as sharkloverplayer anymore.It's my email that is causing me problems now and they haven't fixed it yet.
