I'm from Holland and nearly every SLENDER yes slender because fat people do have fat butts in the sim. But almost every SLENDER girl here has butt! So I don't know about American girls have much butt but no offense most Americans have little hips.

Not that it's ugly or anything but come on, I think it looks ridiculous when you can give your sim monstrous F cup boobs and they have such a flat little excuse for a butt.

If you give us the option to fix boob-size give us the option to fix butt size as well DX
This is really bugging me because if I make a female sim i at least want her to look right!

STILL I think it's something EA needs to improve. :/ for real it's ridiculous. Not every person in the world has the same shape of ass and you can't even call what the sims have asses unless they're fat.

Seriously did the makers of sim 3 have some kind of butt-issues or something?

The makers of sims 3 kept really shallow, because they wanted to keep this a PG-13 (T) game. The boob sliders are quite a strech, and highly unexpected. However, EA would do these things, and do them well, it's just that they won't for the reasons of rating and keeping the game window open to the majority of people. They want to please all players, and that includes making sacrifices. Besides, just about 75% of the fanbase are girls, and I doubt they really want ass sliders. I don't know though. Whatever, I guess i don't really apply in this argument, because I hardly ever make sims. And when I do, I never care about their looks.

I'd rather think girls want ass sliders just as much as guys. Okay, from the male point of view you might say this want is to make the perfect girl (hey, sims can wear D-cups now! *drool*), but from the female point of view... how about making a version of yourself that is... better... than the real thing? I know how every girl I talked to about the boob sliders went all "OMFG awesome!" about it (and most didn't get D-cups, some actually chose the smallest breasts possible, it helps when you want to make an athlete). I'd say it's the same with the ass: it's not a genre-defined question, more like a personal taste one.

Heh I love this topic. Though, I have to agree. Asses come in all shapes and sizes. Why shouldn't sim ones? Though I guess they'd feel really lewd giving up ass sliders even though they gave us boob sliders and now we're going to get chest hair. *sarcasm*

And Swat that's cute, but especially girls care about how their butt looks. If anything girls like butts just as much or even more than guys do. Over all girls are more picky than guys are anyways.

People want their sims to look right, to be proportioned. And with proportion comes either small but and small boobs, small boobs and big but or big boobs and big but. But big boobs and small butt just doesn't look right, it doesn't cut it, it's not proportioned.

I personally couldn't care less if my Sims had a big 'booty' or not, although I do find it odd that they would bring in boob sliders and not allow butt sliders But then again if you had a big assed mum and just a normal dad with a.. Well a guys ass, would that mean if you had a son he could quite possibly have a ghetto booty? Lol I don't know about you but I would not like my son to have a huge ass
