Is the trait available in CAS later then? It would be cool to make a sim who are, insane, evil, mean, kleptomaniac and pyromaniac

Good question! I'm not sure about that. I imagine it might be, and doubtless, someone will find a way to hack it in there for general availability before too long.

Someone will probably eventually make it to where it could be in CAS. Or once you have a baby sim with a firefighter make them insane evil mean kleptomaniac pyromaniac...hahah that is a mouthful! And the good daddy/mommy firefighter will be sad he son/daughter turned so evil...

wtf... i tried to make a kid with a former firefighter and it had no Pyromaniac trait on trait selection... does the birth must be done 'bad' so the traits would be randomly selected?

Hey everyone! New here. I just really wanted to point out that if you listen carefully to the sims 3 trailer around 0:17 the narrator says "maketh them rich, poor, kelptos, pyros, tacky......." So it's not really a spoiler per se- since im sure most of us have already seen this video.

btw, i find it rather annoying that you still can't get a job as a service sim... though, after meeting a service sim, it will say at Career - Firefighter(or maid, or whatever), though it has no icon, and after marrying, it will be Unemployed...
also i'm not too sure about this, but i guess that, if what you said is true, having kids will all sorts of NPC's would yeald unique, or pre-set traits...
made me wonder what if you have a child with the Grim Reaper ^^;

I don't think it's a sure shot no matter whether the firefighter has moved in with you or not. It's a chance at the trait, not a 100% certainty, at least that seems to be the implication in the guide. Also, there maaaay be other developments in terms of hidden traits. Won't mention them here to prevent spoiling the fun, but I've updated the Guide thread in General Discussions for the curious. ;)

I'm working on a hack to make the Pryomaniac trait available in cas and using the cheat change trait option, at the moment it's still a work in progress, als i noticed there is some left over codes in the game from the education career and some more things i still have to go trough.

slightly off-topic, but some time ago on snooty sims's trait page there was a Pizza-Lover trait, that's not in game now...
wonder that if wooing the pizza guy gives you a pizza-lover child :D
