Honestly, with me, it was like 'OMG RENDERGIRL!' then 'Render Girl is a piece of shit.' and it ended with the latter.

I don't get the deal with her either. But i made her in my game (different name) and then she's actually dead now but her blood runs in the Farquad family genes somewhere along the lines :]

I guess people just lied her because she was like... something to keep the sims forums alive whilst we waiting impatiently for ts3.

Maybe I'm mistaken, but I thought Render Girl herself was kind of a joke, herself. Just something to pretend to obsess about for the heck of it, you know? I guess I agree with Chaz, that it was just something to like to keep people busy. I mean, there's no reason to be that excited about her, and thus, it is amusing if you do, anyway.

i can say i liked the character of a sim i called "Two fingers McGee",
he always looked like a cowboy without guns pointing at things as if he had a set of pistols.

I never understood who Rendergirl was, in fact I had never even heard of her till I came to this site. I don't get whats so great about her. She's not even in the game. She is special....how?

She's only special here. She's a render that was on the Sims 3 website back in the stone age (spring/summer '08). She was one of the first renderings of TS3 sims, and thus, as people speculated about her appearance, she was coined "Render Girl". Of course, Snootysims, being the place that it is, (full of bored, randy adolescents) people had to make a big deal out of her. At first, she was just an innocent conversational topic, but people had to try to be funny, so they kept talking about her, and formed the Render Girl Cult. Nothing special about her, just the fruit of the wombs of casual gamers and kids with ADHD.
