apparently EA have now put shop hair styles and clothes in your create a sim in the game. You may accidently buy something.. i dont mind a tiny button for 'shop' in the corner but shoving in our faces, no way.

Yeah it's pretty ridiculous, but EA most likely gets the most profit from the store so it makes sense that they are going to the extreme to advertise it.

Does it not come up with a message saying are you sure you want to do this etc...?

You can turn off shop mode in options. I turned it off and I don't see the hairs now.
