Post The Sims 3: The Age of Dinosaurs
so here's my idea

The Sims 3 Age of Dinosaurs would be pretty interesting I think.

A new vehicle would be a time machine.

The age of the dinosaurs, this could be a pretty dangerous pack. Your sims would be in the middle of the forest. Some activities I was thinking are
-Sliding down a Brachiosaurus's neck, flying on a Pteranodon, and of course sims could run into some dangers with tyrannosauruses or velociraptors.
A neat idea would be that there's a chance that a dinosaur could hitch a ride back with you, causing chaos to your town.

Of course back home would be some new things. Maybe you could create dinosaur clones from mosquitoes fossilized in amber on an island
Also some dinosaur-themed items. Like amusement park rides, a dinosaur coster, a ferris wheel, and a caurosel. Dinosaur room theme for kids too.

A new career, obviously, Paleontology, who's job could be to bring back a dinosaur for study.

In CAS there could be a favorite Dinosaur thing. Also some new traits. Maybe, vicious and adventurous

Anymore ideas?

it sounds ok but seems out of the sims usual path of expansions.

Sounds more likely to happen for Spore.
A Spore meets the sims kinda thing but instead of creatures, with dinos then.

...or how about just pets? :coolguy:

Dinosaurs would be cool, but completely unrealistic.

i'd love themed nhoods... with a lot of 1000% new stuff, like a prehistoric hood with dinosaurs, caveman, etc etc...
but i'd rather see it as a new The Sims Stories, rather then an EP

i think a sims 3: castaway or castaway stories would be a cool as hell idea.
because we can seamlessly wonder around the entire island and visit the shops, etc and it could be in the form of a story like the sims 2. i'd buy that!

but also, i'm wondering how they're going to integrate expansions into the sims 3? like say they make a sub-neighborhood for the expansion, does that mean it'll be like an add-on for the town, making it bigger? or will there need to be a loading screen in between sunset valley and the new neighborhood? wouldn't that kill the point of being 'seamless' if they did do that? but do you think it would probably be ok if we didn't get a 'loading screen' per say, but just that loading thing that comes up when you're switching between the neighborhood to cas and from cas back to the neighborhood? that might be ok if it didn't take long at all.
what do you guys think about this?
