I've never had an option to propose before so I don't even know if it's possible, but my sim has this wish to marry his bf.

My expansions are ambitions and world adventures.

Proposal is soo hard to achieve in this game. You need to make sure that you get both sims in good moods (which may require switching households) and then doing A LOT of romantic interactions. First, you will unlock the second set of interactions (Massage, Makeout, Embrace, etc) and then once you keep doing that, you will get the "Propose going Steady" or "Propose Marriage" depending on what stage in the relationship those two sims have.

No one believes me, but I always propose at the beach in SV, because it goes faster (or at least in my head). I have a feeling it may have something to do with the "beautiful vista" moodlet you may get there.

They've been going steady since they were teens and living together and they have a baby and all so it won't be hard now i know how to do it! :D

one more thing though...
At sims 1 and 2 there was this big marriage arch where they could exchange vows and stuff :P But I couldn't find any of those in my game. If he proposes, where do they get married?

They can have a private wedding or have a wedding party and get married just in front of people anywhere. No wedding arch until Generations comes out in the end of May!

yeh I figured it out :P Man I wish i had them marry sooner xD he proposed in the babyroom while their daughter was playing with a doll-house, haha :P

and all their friends on their wedding party were already elders and they'll be elders in 2 days :(

yeh, I malepregged Sitney again because I was so bored playing with him, he has his wish fulfilled and now there's nothing to do anymore but buy expensive stuff and build a nice garden but I have no inspiration.

On one hand I'm attached to them, and on the other hand I want their daughter to grow up so I can place this blue teen sim I made into the neighbourhood for her to claim and wait for their death.

I could make them go to Asia or something but they have a toddler, I don't know if they'd bring her along or if one of the games babysitters (which are not helpful at all!! They let the bars become far too low) would babysit them.

ugh, I can't believe I'm playing 2 adults a granny and a toddler and I'm bored o.o;; but I guess that's because world adventures and ambitions isn't very special aside from going on a holiday and having 5 new jobs..

I was gonna get nightlife today but in the shower I suddenly became very dizzy and nauseous and got all shakey so imma wait and see... dun wanna go out the door sick :(

Well at least with Generations, it should spice up the family life by...80% I kinda stopped playing the Sims 3 for now, I'm just waiting for the next EP.

My next goal would be to finally complete all the tombs in all worlds from WA, I still haven't managed to do that!! It is time-consuming and not easy!

I've done one tomb and got cursed by a zombie in it :( took me many hours to find out online how to rid of it, but I didn't get to finish ridding of it before the vacation time ended so I spent even more time looking for a code to rid him of the curse, which simply turned out to be the cheats code and shift clicking the negative moodlet. :P

Also, the last picture posted was 9 May, so why isn't this forum letting me post any pictures? When will it be solved?

LOL I remember getting cursed by the mummy, I freaked out...literally! (My sims are so precious to me ) What I had to do was ask for forgiveness at the Sphinx....I think! I had to do a series of things before time ran out.

What kind of pictures are you trying to post? If it is from a website you have to right-click on the picture and select "Copy Image Location". Then on this forum, you'll see the IMG button which will enter this:

Between the two you right click the website address in the block like this

Hmm...I'm not familiar with image shack. Sorry!! The only tip I could give you is resizing the image using Photoshop or paint. Sorry I couldn't be more help!

Besides, I saved the post in word so if there was a text area code on this forum I could show it to the administrator and they could check out what was wrong.

Mine were put in spoiler tags. So maybe that's the mistake here.

Can you edit the post and put the image in spoiler tags and see if it still works? Because if you get the error message too then it's the combination of putting an img in spoiler tags.

So that they really need to change! Or at least give us the option for their face to change so drastically over age :( I didn't start taking pictures until recently so I don't have pictures of their years of glory *sob* (except their first kiss as teens, it's my avi)
