Hey guys, had this problem for a while. Basically, in sunset valley the grim reaper does not come for the dead. I did testingcheats enabled and force NPC from the mailbox. No luck and I soon realised none of my NPCs came. I made a new game and still the same, it's only in Sunset Valley though. Twinbrook & Bridgeport are fine. Also, i've tried it without CC and still I get the problem. It's really ruining my enjoyment of the game .

Are you sure all your games are patched? If you have anything more than basegame, you need to make sure that all your games are patched. EA screwed up patching. The best way to check that you are all up to date is to use this tool from Mod The Sims. Here: http://modthesims.info/download.php?t=409829

Just download and extract the EXE anywhere. No installation required.

Another problem I can see is maybe you need to clear your cache. You can do this by going to your Documents folder and deleting any Cache files. They will have Cache in the name (SimCompositorCache.package is an example).

If none of this works, try to give us more information on the subject, but otherwise, you may need to reinstall your game.

I seem to be having the same problem since installing Generations. My sims have ordered pizza twice but it never shows up. On another family, their butler just disappeared and again, a new one wouldn't show up. My game claims to be up to date but I will try that thingy that Derek recommended. Thanks!
