My ghost boy used to walk normally like a human, but then I sent him to boarding school and decided to make him go back home the same day because I didn't want to not be able to play with him anymore

BUT since he's returned he's been floating!!!

I wouldn't have minded if he was just as fast, but he's slow as fuck and it annoys the heck out of me :(

He's a ghost, and if you noticed, even if the ghosts were resurrected they would still float from time to time... I don't think this is a glitch of any sort, but its just how it is. The only way you can stop him from floating is by maxing your cooking to max, then get a death fish and life fruit to make Ambrosia.

Yes, the only way to stop him from floating is to make him human again. The average speed of any ghost is the same: DAMN SLOW. They will normally walk a small distance, then float, then continue walking again. In worse case scenarios, i've seen ghosts float permanently (no walking at all) even after showering or working out. I guess its just a trait that i feel makes ghosts more special, don't you think so? Humans can't even float: they just walk or run.
