I think a "Destination Adventure" would be a great EP. Just as long as they bring in Ocean Swimming, I will be happy! Ditto! I want Sims to be able to swim in oceans, rivers and ponds. They should be able swim all over too, not just little designated areas.

Re: Sims 3 EP: Destination Adventure
maybe they'll add a harbour that has a boat that floats around the sea and to various islands, snow, sun, similar to vacation?

Re: Sims 3 EP: Destination Adventure
I think it's to do with us having a chance at creating new neighbourhoods and allowing our sims to switch between them all. Kind of like visiting a new world that way. We can choose which neighbourhoods to connect and such. For those who share the game with brother and sisters.
Think about it there could be new jobs which means new buildings... where are these building going to go. Maybe a new neighbourhood. What if you could separate these jobs and buildings. Make your own hollywood. With Music, Modelling and Acting Jobs in that particular neighbourhood. What if you could make a ghost town filled with just Cemeteries and Houses? Be a nice place to put all the ghosts, and make it unique. Even a retirement village for all the oldies. Some could have luxury houses and some just normal... or even a whole centre.
I see it as every new neighbourhood you make is a new Adventure for your Sim. New people to meet, New Houses, a New environment, New jobs, probably even exclusive items.
I'd love that actually. But maybe that'll be saved for the very last knowing Sims.
I don't know out of all the expansions, both times I found Vacation to be the worst and the most boring. Probably because my Sim didn't have the time to take a vacation. But it always seemed like a boring expansion to me. I always wanted to be making simoleons with my sim and getting up the career ladder.
What' the point of having your Sim relaxing?

Re: Sims 3 EP: Destination Adventure
I think with EPs they should add new streets into the town, like say people have said a farm ep, so a 'farm street' is added into sunset valley....They did leave tons of space to do so what seems to have nothing in it

Re: Sims 3 EP: Destination Adventure
Now THAT sounds more like a sims game! Destination Adventure sounds like some Poke'mon game, like they're gonna release 'Destination Explorer' alongside it or something. IggyJD03 wrote: is sims 3 going to slowly be known as a collect-a-thon? It reminds me of Poke'mon, everyone collecting. They should do trading for gems and rocks

Re: Sims 3 EP: Destination Adventure
If this is like a Vacation theme EP, then i'm not that excited for it at the moment.
My excitement level for this right now is at about 15 percent...it sounds interesting though, I hope we get a new supernatural sim!

Re: Sims 3 EP: Destination Adventure
Remember how they used to add extra streets in TS1, think it was unleashed they added and maybe livin' large. Not half a million sub neighbourhoods like TS2...

None of us know anything but the title yet - and even that might not be right, so lets not jump to conclusions people

IggyJD03 wrote: is sims 3 going to slowly be known as a collect-a-thon? lol I hope not. While it's sometimes fun, it would get boring fast if it became a major theme. If they do they better at least provide shelves this time. My sims can have only so many coffee tables before the room get's awkward looking. Makes the perfect aquarium life-time wish annoying.
