Carmen San Dieago
Oh I remember that game, I was like 10 or 11 when I used to play that on an old antique of a computer with orange and blak display, way before Windows was cheaply available in this country. Wish they would bring a modern 3d version out.

Maybe the loading screen will be a Globe with the destination where you want to go visible ,and when you click on one of them you see a Plane heading from one place to another. I think that wouldn't be so bad. And it can't really lift of from America or something (not all players lives there) maybe like a non-existing island in the Atlantic or Pacific ocean.

 Re: World Adventures
To be honest, and I know this sounds really bad and disrespectful. But, If EA keeps jacking up the prices in hard times as these. There will only increase the number of people downloading their products rather than paying for it like honest people. I'll be upfront, The store stuff costs too much, I've only used my free points. Beyond that is their loss to be honest. Again... beds with 5 energy? Jeez, even If I had the money to buy that I'd feel seriously ripped off. I really hope this expansion pack has some good content for whatever they charge us for. Quote: Offtopic: I've decided i'm not going to bother with stuff packs this time round[/offtopic] Offtopic: Yea, I don't even have all of the Sims 2 SP's. I'm missing M&G and Ikea, celebration, Family. Pretty sure thats all the ones I'm missing.Quote: Get $10 worth of free SimPoints for The Sims 3 Store, and additional online features to be announced. Think that will stay a Trend?

Also the French was voted the worst tourists, according to a article on Yahoo!. not trying to bash on you, but just being an American thats the sterotype of France. =/ Cant agree/disagree because I never been there.

 Re: World Adventures
I just figured out this crazy idea; What if we go to France because of "the Da Vinci COde" says that Virgin MAry is buried underneath the louvre? Either that or because people think France is so, "romantic".
And Egypt? Didn't like Indy J (Indiana Jones) go there or something? Kinda explains to me.
But China, not sure here. But maybe because of all the "ancient stories".
But besides that I think this will rule, I am also curious about how they are going to make the countries "appear". Like ninjas in China, mummies in Egypt and Hopeless Romantics in France? I really just hope it ain't like in Bon Voyage where they were pretty much any normal townie from "back home".

I mean...it makes sense comparing it to Egypt, and China has plenty of old history and stuff.

Sigh... from the looks of it, it's bon voyage all over again. Can't say I find it appealing... probably won't buy it. At least not on release or any time soon. Probably won't download it either... I really didn't like Bon Voyage that much... ... ... Sigh...

 Re: World Adventures
Wouldn't it be cool if you sim had to go to China, France or Egypt on a business trip? That would make it even more realistic and cool. Well in my opinion.
