Pianos in general are such a great thing! Were they or were they not one of the biggest things missed from TS2?!?

but i'd expect that if there were any bugs, they would be fixed in a line of patches that follow the release of the game.

i don't know if you've heard, but ea sort of 'spies' on people who play the game if they allow their launcher to phone home (also known as, connect to the internet) so i'm pretty sure they'll catch what needs to be fixed. at least, i hope so.

well, actually now that i've been bitching about it a lot, my mom said that i can use my aunts old tv (she's gotten a new one) temporarily, and the quality should be better than my brothers old one.

it reminded me of the godfather when you said that.

The dark parts really make it stand out. At first I was kinda hating EA for suddenly swapping from white to grey, but I'm starting to like it.

Also, there's some shocking similarities to the one I made, like that awesome old man bassist.

HUNTER: what is the mafia 2 release date, exactly? ign and some other places say that it's the 24th, but wikipedia is saying august 27th.

I just stuck the English logo over the top of the other one and did a little editing to get rid of the DISCO DE EXPANSION underneath EXPANSION PACK... nothing special really.

In USA and Canada it is the 24th. Everywhere else is the 27th.
Im so glad! The PS3 version is alot laggier, and has no grass or clothing movement's. Xbox 360 and PC are alot more alike but PC is a bit better looking.

The British one may look like that, however the American will look different as it will have ESRB rating than PEGI.

oh my god, i'm so happy for that. i've never played ps3, but my brother used to have one. he ended up taking it back to the store 2 months later, haha. mafia 2 will be fucking awesome.


about the tvs though, i made my dad look at the tv and try to determine why it was showing up so shitty. besides the arguing about 'it looks exactly the same as the other one', he tweaked the settings a little bit. it sort of looks alright now, but there are still noticeable lines and i am still pissed. i don't know what i'm going to do. i NEED that tv to play mafia. this is the absolute worst timing for tv switching.

And the Australian one will have a big-ass blue M in a circle that takes up half the box...
Seriously, I swear they make it that big just to annoy us.

Also if you look at the grand piano, the underside of the top part that has been lifted up (I hope that makes sense) is a bit wonky because it was covered by the DISCO part, so I had to smudge and sharpen and make it look a little off.
