Post Small Pets Thread
I thought we should start off a thread about the small object/collectable pets, here we can share all the information and pictures that we've gathered so far.

I'll start off with some pictures from simsfans.de

Spoiler:
http://www.simfans.de/sims3/erweiterungspack/einfach-tierisch/screenshots/page2.html#
I think this might be the falcon?

http://www.simfans.de/sims3/erweiterung ... age2.html#
Macaw of some kind. Sorry. I don't know many parrot species, so if somebody knows that'll be great!

http://www.simfans.de/sims3/erweiterung ... age2.html# Another angle of the parrot above.

http://www.simfans.de/sims3/erweiterung ... age2.html# A Cockatoo. (Are all the collectable birds going to be on the ground? I guess they'll have to because otherwise our sims won't get hold of them. I hope they fly a little.)

http://www.simfans.de/sims3/erweiterung ... age2.html# Now I think this a blue jay, again, I'm not too sure about bird species, but if it is a blue jay, thats not actually domesticated so I don't know if it will be a bird the sims can keep in their homes?

http://www.simfans.de/sims3/erweiterung ... age2.html# I'm guessing this is just the common wood pidgeon, although we can't see its face. We already have a version of this from nightlife but I bet this is a much better/fleshed out version which we can collect and moves around?

http://www.simfans.de/sims3/erweiterung ... age2.html# A Shrew, again, not actually kept as a pet IRL, but maybe sims will. I hope its found around water like the real thing, not just in a feild. I wonder if EA have placed these spawners/generators in thought out places or not. We shall see.

http://www.simfans.de/sims3/erweiterung ... page2.html Okay so a turtle/terrapin of some kind. I don't know reptiles either. But possibly a Map turtle? I'm saying that because its one of the few species I know. Haha

http://www.simfans.de/sims3/erweiterung ... age2.html# This one I think I know is a razorback musk turtle or something along the lines of that. If someone knows turtles please correct me.

http://www.simfans.de/sims3/erweiterung ... age2.html# A really cute lizard. I think it is a chameleon?

[http://www.simfans.de/sims3/erweiterungspack/einfach-tierisch/screenshots/page2.html# A Hedgehog!

http://www.simfans.de/sims3/erweiterung ... age2.html# Not even going to guess what this type of lizard is.

http://www.simfans.de/sims3/erweiterung ... ge2.html#A milk snake. I personally am quite excited for the snakes. They'll add a lot of ambience in wildernessy-towns. I hope they move around a bit.

http://www.simfans.de/sims3/erweiterung ... age2.html# I don't know these two snakes. Corn snake possibly?

http://www.simfans.de/sims3/erweiterung ... age2.html# A horned lizard.

http://www.simfans.de/sims3/erweiterung ... age2.html# Chipmunk. There is also a shot of a chipmunk inside a tank, which is weird. I'm pretty sure people keep them in cages with bars not tanks. But whatever.

http://www.simfans.de/sims3/erweiterung ... age2.html# I don't know this lizard.

[img]http://www.simfans.de/sims3/erweiterungspack/einfach-tierisch/screenshots/page2.html# A squirrel and lizard home.

http://www.simfans.de/sims3/erweiterung ... age2.html# A Tortoise/turtle/terrapin home. I'm sure all share the same home.

http://www.simfans.de/sims3/erweiterung ... age2.html# Bird and snake homes.

http://www.simfans.de/sims3/erweiterung ... age2.html#
http://www.simfans.de/sims3/erweiterung ... age2.html# And finally, the roe deer which we've already seen. However, the image of the one leaping is a female. So might even the deer breed? I hope so!

I know, I saw they didn't work but was in a rush so I had to leave it! I don't think it likes me directly embedding. I'll try to fix it!

EDIT: I'm only on
My mobile right now so I've just changed it to links or now, I'll fix it up later.

I can't believe they included a hedgehog. o: I was hoping for one with the small pets but I wasn't getting my hopes up because it seemed unlikely it'd happen. Yay!! Now I want this even more. >_>

The hedgehog is so cute!

I love the others too! Snakes! I wanted snakes so bad in The Sims 2 Pets.

But one animal that I've been waiting for so long is... bunnies! I would love if they could breed as well. Small babybunnies...

Me either, I even looked it up myself - no bunnies. I don't think it was in Unleashed

Anyone know if they'll have caged, domestic small animals? Like guinea pigs? I really want them to have guinea pigs!

There will be caged animals of snakes, lizards, turtles, as well as rodents such as squirrels, chinchillas, pygmie hedgehogs, rats, womrats and shrews! No guinea pigs to my knowledge unless I missed this detail from some other source
