...I wonder if these imaginary friends have traits. I know that I would love to have a kleptomaniac imaginary friend :evillaugh: .

"No, I was in the kitchen?" *high fives the IF behind his back*

I swear, my kleptomaniac IF will steal the ENTIRE house...

If I actually steal the entire house, will it be empty forever or will they buy replacements?

Nawwh it walks so cute! ahah Its like is just so happy to be walking and I totally agree with the before poster - if its that slow and you go to school and leave it at home and then go to the park will it have to walk to the park like that? I mean it won't like... take a taxi will it... because the taxi driver technically won't be able to see it. Or will it have its own imaginary taxi driver as well?..

Not sure what to think, on one end the imaginary friends seem very tempting.....but on the other end I'm not sure if I'll enjoy it since my game decides to crash whenever it pleases. :/

Try Awesome Mod. Since I downloaded it, my game has stopped crashing

Still pretty laggy though. Not sure why that is...

On top of awesome mod, clear your caches, clear out unused / bad mods, and package your content into one package, and update awesome regularly.

Have you tried adding the game to DEP, if not message me and I will tell you how to do it.

I added the game to dep last night, but the game was loading really slow and my pessimism got the better of me and I exited as soon as it loaded. Also if the game isn't crashing then it's refusing to save properly...which is nearly worse.

I have nraas mods (it's a storymod) in my game right now, however I might try awesomemod and taking out my mods (at least temporarly) to see if it makes a difference.

It's hard to feel bothered sometimes (even though I want to play it and for everything to be rosy), especially when you just know you're putting yourself in for another major fall somewhere down the line. :/ This is something I've had to deal with nearly ever since the Sims 3 came out (to varying degrees), I have no clue why I'm still here. Idiocy I guess.

How do I clear out caches for sims 3?

Just disable DEP and see if that helps.
Run TS3 as an administrator, that helped me with the saving problems

I'm pretty sure I've tried running the Sims 3 in administrator mode in the past with varying success.

I'm going to put in awesomemod now, I removed nraas. I also removed some vampire mod I'm not sure what it does. (something with the altar)

For the moment I'm going to leave in clothes/hair mods and if there is still problems after I put awesomemod in I'll remove them.

One more thing, how do you package your content into one package? At the moment I have lots of different packages for separate clothes/hair mods.

I was hoping they'd take the oppurtunity to bring back memories. Looking through a sim's story was one of my favorite things about TS2

So do entertainment dancers just appear at bachelor/bachlorette parties or what?

I doubt they will have their own houses. It will be like the maid, they'll casually drive ad fall off of the edge of the world...

I've noticed on Coconut Island that they've been living in the apartments. So if you have an apartment building, they'll stop driving off into the sunset!

It seems if you use the ghost potion (to become a ghost) and try for baby during those 3 hours as a ghost. There's a chance you'll conceive a (permanent) ghost baby. Very interesting.

I hope that's not a bug...sounds kind of cute! In a...cute...disturbing kind of way. Baby ghosts, Gnome families, and imaginary friends. I think they did a good job on the funny side of "creatures" with this expansion. Still waiting for alien Sims!

Alien sims in the same way as in TS2? No thx. I want something new to them. Maybe another alien race (not the green type in TS2) that are born with maximum athletics and logic skill because of their superior DNA?

Oh what the hell, I bet we are getting the normal ones

Baby ghosts have been around since the base game. (I got the impression you thought they came with generations)

About the dancers at the bachlorette/bachelor parties... pretty sure they show up and disappear. One showed up to my sim's bachlorette party and his name was Jack Hammer. lol They had limited interactions with him and I'm pretty sure there's no one in my neighborhood with the last name Hammer. :ton:

That's pretty cool! I might have to try that.

I got the EP and created a Sim, Larisa, to try out some of the new things. Got her engaged to Christopher Steel and when she threw a bachelorette party, a dancer named Harry Chesterman showed up. LOL He didn't have a hairy chest, though. It was weird -- Larisa invited three of her girlfriends to the party and one of them stripped down to her underwear, even before the dancer arrived. Perhaps she has the Inappropriate trait or whatever!
