http://www.web1000.com is pretty good, I remember I used it for a year or two, the thing is you can only upload using FTP but for more advanced users that shouldn't be a problem! :)

I also used http://atspace.com not long ago (it was posted in the first post of this topic) and it looked pretty good to me, I don't know if they have changed or anything but the upload speed was good IMO.

You see this is why I hate some free hosting sites becouse there catcha force you to do stuff you don't want to do from the start just when your hope is about to go up.

You guys should try FRandT. It has all the features including cPanel, MySQL, PHP, FTP, web-based upload, and lots more. BUT it is really hard to figure out how to setup a free account AND the free subdomain is "yoursite.free.FRandT.com"

i was actually trying to set up an account there yesterday but i havnt heard anything back from them yet.
the signup process is very complicated, but their list of features is great.

Yea after about two hours of signing up I suceeded.

I tried them but I couldn't understand how to sign up.
