I'm not trying to disrespectful, but i don't want to know about moderators accusing other moderators, which then results in other members being rude and disrespectful toward the accused Mods.

I agree that we shouldn't disrespect each other. I think we've all sort of lacked communication, and because of that we're not all on the same page anymore. I definitely think we need to work on becoming more of a team, EnVy. I see where the faults are, but you can't expect them to be fixed right away.

I disagree, we post here, we have a right to know what's happening. I think it's the opposite, we don't know enough. We don't kneed to know everything, just the headlines.

I'm with Shadowsim. What's said in the mod zone is ENTIRELY your business. Almost everything said in there is about decisions for the rest of the forum and is something you'd therefore find out about eventually - I wouldn't just use it to gossip about members inanely.

I'm not sure why anyone besides moderators would want you all to know less, anyway? That's really bizarre to me.

My opinion is that the big discussions in there will always have a parallell discussion out here, and mods have to be sure that none of the other mods talk about what they've said in the mod forum. I know I would be pretty pissed if something I said about another member in the mod forum (where I don't have to be p.c.) was reported back here, where I try to be as neutral as possible. And I'm also not a big fan of airing disagreements between the mods in public (yes, I know I've done that too) when it's regarding their work as mods. It undermines that person as a mod, which is not good. R.E.S.P.E.C.T. and all that.

I'm sure you would disagree, but the bottom line, your not to discuss anything until things have come to a final resolution.

I'm sure we will find out, BUT, why should it be discussed when you or the Admin has not figured out what is going on.

Also for example, you accused another mod of treachery on here. you even went as far as discussing it in pm's with another member.

we might not have known that, had the member not said what you told them.

We don't even know who did it. And THAT is the point i was making.
It also makes members be rude the said subject of discussion.

and you can come up with tons of reason why we must know, but it will never make it right.

I also would not want, say If I was being discussed amoungst the mods, and then it because public knowledge about all the wrong things i may have done.

I'm with Shadowsim too. We don't need to know EVERYTHING, but it would be nice to know what's actually going on sometimes. What's being discussed effects everyone here, there's been little official word about what's been happening and what we can do about it. If there are any security issues with this forum, I'd certainly want to know.
