I'm not coping well either! I'm an impatient person to begin with,
waiting for Sims 3 is almost torturing me
In my spare time I always come here to see if there are new Sims3 screenshots or videos
which...makes me want Sims3 more ..LoL
But hey, it's already 2009! it's getting closer

I'm coping with the fact that I'm moving to San Francisco in two weeks, so I'm busy packing, and then I'll be busy unpacking and settling in...Sims 3 will be here before I know it!

I'm just addicted to looking at all Sims 3 info online, mostly here at Snooty Sims. I've found this is the best forum out there. =) It's so close now!!

Now I've gotten the Staff of Life, reached the highest rank and colonised Earth, I can't find anything new to do in it. But... My family and I are going on a week holiday to the North Coast near Brisbane, so I'll probably come back after 7 days to find EA have postponed the release date, or cancelled it altogether. I'm not really excited too much about it. All I've had to do is not watch the CAS video - that got me hyper-uber-excited the first time I watched it and I couldn't get to sleep.
What CAS video?

There are several videos online which show the new style of CAS, they're easily found...just type TS3 CAS into a search engine

Snooty IMO has the best forum, especially for Sims 3. I have no idea why, but there is barely any activity on the forums for Sims 3 besides here.
I love this site.

Oh yes, I forgot all the countless number of shows I watch start back up again in January! Thank goodness, watching tv burns away more hours and days than anything.

I agree, I wasn't expecting it nearly as fast as this. This is nothing after years and years of waiting for Spore. Or many other games.
I just hope they're not rushing it out the door.
Anyway, I'm filling time playing other games. Spore, World of Warcraft, Pirates of the Burning Sea, Fallout 3, Half-life 2... the list goes on. I'll probably be getting some Sims 2 time in too to finish up the characters in that, make them go out in spectacular ways. Once I get Sims 3, I probably won't be going back to 2.

I'm still playing Apartment Life. There is still a lot I haven't tried in this ep.I haven't even begun moving famous sims into apartments yet.I'm planning on doing Seinfeld and Three's Company if I can make the characters.I will also soon start playing Laura Croft on the 360.I got it for Christmas.

Re: How Is Everyone Coping With The Wait???
I'm coping by not really thinking about it. I haven't been watching any videos or looking at screenshots. There are plenty of other things for me to do until February 20, and that way I'll be pleasantly surprised when I get it. (Hopefully, anyway...)
