I think Render Girl deserves her very own topic.
"Render Girl" is the title of the yet-unnamed african-american sim with the short dreadlocks pulled back in a headband.
She has appeared in nearly every early screenshot of the Sims 3, although her clothing changes in each one. There may be one or more Render girls, but from the amount of differently-clothes ones, there'd have to be 5 or six identical women with the same haircut and skin colour.

Render Girl has gone through various stages since her conception. Here is a very early screenshot EA released that was focusing on the Sims' new faces.


Render Girl takes a moment to pose for the front page of TS3.com.


Render Girl is finally animated and takes a part as an extra in the E308 preview for the Sims 3. She can be seen at the front of the crowd wearing a camo dress.


Got any more pics of Render Girl? There's a lot of her walking around the town in the very earliest pictures released.

Before I put my selfsim in the neighborhood I'm going to look on the map and find out were Render Girl lives.I may purchase a house by hers so we can be neighbors.Me and Render Girl are going to be best friends I hope barring personality conflicts.

Incidently does anyone know if we can change the townies traits?

^--I would assume not, that would be a little weird. Like going into TS2 and changing all their personality points.

And I love Render Girl too, but I'm probably not going to play her, so I'll let her unravel her own life.

Ugh, I hate you kind of people, always bashing fun threads, just go find another thread that you DON'T feel some people are weird, or they have something wrong with them.

Obsession is such a strong word. So is hate.

Rendergirl is very cute, and that (big!) collage made me laugh.

Ok um first of all, you need to calm down. Second, I was not bashing. I was teasing...hence for my net term "lol" and as for me saying obsession, the reason is because in almost every thread this sim girl is brought up in some form or way. So I am simply asking what is this all about. Am I missing something?

Oh i have in other threads on this board...so its like omg her again lol..Shes alright but I can definitly make cuter sims and if people are going crazy about her then when I upload my sims on the exchange for TS3, then they are going to love my sims! lol
