Well u of course will never see these two things together but i would like to share my ideas that i hope will be incorperated into a base game or possibly as an add on in an ep. Let me share them with u!

THE BEACH:
The beach a place were tons of fun can be had, but not in the sims! The sims three beach is so pathetic i could make a better one in the sims 2! Now let me say this the beach is alot of fun and i go almost 3 times a week because i live in florida. Now there is a ton of ideas in my head on the beach. I would like to see swiming! SWIMMING! How hard is that, they could add surfing body bourding and skin boruding. It could be a skill point and u can take lessons or just try ur best to earn skill points. There could be toruments for most ages and u could compete for prizes! Also i would like to see large parties on the beach, like luows and just plain beach parties. U can play sports and play music or even catch a tan! Feel free to add

WORKING OUT:
The sims whole body is now avalible for size changing. Uve got arms feet ,legs, body and a few others i cant name. Well if u work out do ur arms legs, feet body all grow for doing one excersise? I think the diffrent machines,, benches, and excersies u do should affect ur muscles for all of the diffrent muscles or fat. Example if u use weights ur upper body would gain strengh or if u use the tredmeel u can get faster! And u can take body pills that enhance ur body. <Not steriods> But u can get steriods but if u get caught the poilice miight just give u a major fine! Any ideas???

Offtopic: Oh, how i miss my Florida beaches... I was born in Tampa Bay, but I stupidly moved up north where it snows and rains WAY TOO MUCH!

Ahem... Anyway, These both sound like really good ideas! It would always frustrate me when I had sims living so close to the water, but the couldn't even go tot he beach and swim! Good ideas!

ugh i hate that there is so little u can do at the beach i mean at least keep swimming in the game, but who knows maybe they'll put something GREAT in the game to make up for it... probably not but still. and i really like ur ideas about surfing and stuff

Beach Party!!!

Oh thanks guys and lastly id like so see boats. Like were u can go around the ocean i mean i dont need islands or anything and maybe tour boats showing sims looking out into the water seeing dolphins and whales. Boats could be a way of entertainment or possibly having a party on the boat! I just want to state that i dont want islands or anything like so people have wanted but possibly just a place to relax and hang with other sims.

that would be cool if u could have a house boat... then again they might let u build over the water that would be cool too

Those are all ideas which could be implemented in an EP.

however i wouldnt see the workout specificity being added until at least TS4.

Hmm maybe they'll add swimming back in the game in an ep but until then we have to deal with our TINY pools and hot tubs... THE HORROR

If they make the beach swimmable I want shark attacks as well.This would be a new death sims could die from.Some lucky sims may escape with just injury's.

oh ya lol that would be awesome i would kill some of the pre-made sims like that

What?????????? YOU CAN'T SWIM IN THE SIMS BEACH. Could'nt you in the sims 2 when was it said that you can't swim in this beach , I also don't like that you don't have to buy clothes cause that was the only reason my sims worked also the fact that you can't enter your work

Yah im upset over the clothes thing, but the other things in the sims 3 just make me GO NUTS!!!! I belive in EA and they would make it possibly better then the way it is.

I like the beach idea, just not the working out part. I don't want to waste so much time on having to worry about biceps, triceps, legs, chest, back, abs. I think it would be too time consuming.

wait if you dont buy clothes then do you just automatically get all the clothes in your dresser or do you have to stick with the clothes you pick from Create-A-Sim???

Well what happenes is u click on ur sim and u go into a type of cas but its mainly just for makeup, clothes, glasses stuff like that. IDK how many u can choose and how the dresser would do anything. My best guess is that u can click on the clothing stores outside <Like u do with the other rabbit holes> And u get a choise. Like it may say but 1 outfit, 5 outfits, 10 outfits, etc. Then u can click on ur sim and highlight the ones u want. Then u can go into ur dresser and pick outa those ones u highlighted instead of having to go into the cas screen thing.

It was said at Creators Camp but that was an early build of the game.I'm going to ask this queston for the second half of the hands on event which has been postphoned.It may be swimmable now.

With clothes you shift click on your sim and you can change them anywhere you are.A closet isn't required but you can also use closets to change clothes if you want to.You can also change clothes townies are wearing by shift clicking on them.

I like how I don't have to go to the store everytime I want a certain peice of clothing now.

Very nice ideas! Very true! There are many things in the sim world that lack concept. This is one of them. Maybe an EP will bring this sort of stuff in!

i hope they come out with an ep that opens up some of the rabbit holes like the dinner or library at least the dinner i mean come on

Yah ur compleatly right and the whole job thing would have to be opened up in the base game not a ep and its not happening unless they make a whole ep on openening up jobs and school whitch is definly possible
