There is a HIDDEN trait in the game: Pyromaniac. You can only get this trait in a Sim who is the offspring of a former Firefighter service sim. The trait allows them to set fire to objects of their choice, and they get positive moodlets for doing so!

its like from that old trailer for the sims 2!!! You know with the pyromaniac with the wife who flashes as she ages? and then they have a son who's a pyro? and i think a grandson? that's awesome they finally included what we wanted for the sims 2 in sims 3!!!! OH YEAH!!!!

in one of the created movies they had a sim who was a pyromaniac. i think they had set a car on fire.

I thought you guys would like that. But yeah, and as I understand it, a Sim of any age from toddler onwards can take up the trait. So you could have an Omen-like little devil child, running around setting things on fire.

I've kinda gotten use to that, Someone had one about Stonehenge too.
I didn't know about it or the mine, but. titles are win, are they not?

I hope there are more hidden triats, they could be quite fun.

I think the only reason some people might get annoyed is.
The things people are discovering are discovering purely because of getting a leak or such.

So it's things we normally would find for ourselves on Release.

No, as I understand it, you have to have a Sim get to know a Firefighter service sim (the NPCs) and they must have a baby in order to breed a Pyromaniac.

Now I am sad.

I so want that trait for one of my sims (based off a fire sorceress I made in a different game), but it's not possible cause it's hidden and has to be from offspring. Bah! This is cool and disappointing at the same time!

I'm hoping for some decent modding for sim customizing in the near future cause I really want that trait for her. That prima guide is starting to sound too awsome to pass up. Maybe I'll have to get my own copy too (and I rarely ever get guides for anything)

Ah, my fiance will like that... he is a slight pyro himself, so I can see him trying to get a pyro sim, lol.

my character so needs to be a pyro...i'm a bit of a pyro myself so it fits.
