Re: Links to custom content websites for Sims 3
I was going to dl the hair on peggy..but i didnt like the fact that if i do...the female mohawk will be replace by the new hair. Why can't it be added to the hairstyles already in the game.

They did, and I still couldn't understand them. I just nodded and agreed. MLIA. Today, I leaned back in my chair. I leaned back to far, so I panicked and grabbed the table in front of me. I'm ok. I think its because peggy made it a package file so it overwrote certain data, I want to know why peggy didn't make it a Sims3Pack file like store/exchange, that would have made things on the recieving end alot easier (and there is a sims3pack file editor, google it!)

Re: Links to custom content websites for Sims 3
^^^ People at MTS were asking when custom hair was coming and Delphy replied, saying that it is the same saga as working out the clothes. Remember when they worked out how to replace shirts with a graphic on them (back and front) then a few days later, they got it one sided, then about a week later, they had non-defaults? Yep same concept, heaps of people over there and playing around with the files, trying to work out how to get hair that doesn't replace other hair. HP said that hair is equally challenging to mod with the game and the only issue is working out how to get non-defaults.

Are those four I mentioned in the first post the ONLY sites making custom content for S3?

Re: Links to custom content sites.
I hope I'm not the only one but none of the clothes at liana sims have really caught my eye yet, nothings really jumping out at me. They're nice and I think there will definitely be some clothes from there in the future that I'd be interested in....but these ones aren't really doing it for me. Edit: By the way I found this site called Sims 3 Musketeers, it looks like it fits the bill: http://www.sims3musketeers.com/

Re: Links to custom content sites.
Here's another one: http://einfachsimlisch.ei.funpic.de/Sims3/index.htmlI think it's German but it has english too. The person behind this site has made hairstyles that are similar to the ones at tsr plus extra ones too. The maid hair without hat can be found here for free (this one wasn't made by tsr don't forget so it's fine). Plus they have accessories like smaller hoops and nose piercings, I'm thinking of downloading the nose piercings incase I ever want to make a really tough sim.

Re: Links to custom content sites.
Great list, I've found a bunch of CC I really like from some of these sites. :D Thanks! Just a warning though - SkySims downloads are HUGE. For the sake of your game, compress them first. :| Over 80MB for one toddler outfit... what. Other than that, their stuff is cute.
