It's not out yet, and it's supposedly said to come out this month or next month; I don't know, but I think it's a speciality for the French site? :/

Apparently it is out. There is a news update on Snooty Sims, and also The Sims 3 website. I have tried to download, however, and all I got was an error message saying it was unavailable so I'm a little confused right now.

This new set would be awesome if the amount of money you saved with alternative energy was more than the amount of added value that it adds to the bills. Really, 0.02 percent for each 800 dollar solar cell. My bills are now 40 dollars more a week due to the solar cells and one windmill.

Granted I have a small house, but I'm not sure it would be possible to really save anything regardless of how huge a house you have.

That's hilarious. And it's just like solar power and electric vehicles in real life! :)

Offtopic: As much as I'd like to be super earth friendly I see no point. One person cannot change the habits and opinions of billions especially when a cheaper and more profitable alternative is readily available.

Greed > Environment

sad but true.

I saw that on the website yesterday when I was getting ready to play Sims 3. I'll wait for the smart car.
