can they really release ANOTHER job expansion? imean.. i guess id buy if it had the shop thing. i used to hav a bookshop and bakery on sims 2. thats fun! pricing stuff, getting customers.

and even the first sims expansions.. think it started with hot date had npc shop keepers. makes community lots feel more alive

in sims 3 we just wondering in and help ourselves. not even any vending machines.. something sims 2 was famous for

Not brick, shingles, also it can be recolored to look that way.

I have one picture which I thought was quite funny, the girl on the left is my Firefighter Lucy Wildfire. The Sim with magnifying glass is a townie called Shyla. They're best friends.

Is it something portable they can set up anywhere? I can't imagine many sims walking past my sims house so I'd need to go to a community lot

I don't think TS3 has lemonade stands (though perhaps I missed it?). It's just a table where sims can sell and buy special little cakes. I assume it is portable though since the sim kid in my pics wasn't really an NPC. I haven't had a chance to play with it yet, so, I can't say for sure. :(

There are no lemonade stands only bake sale stands.

Yeah I found the bakesale table last night, I could have sworn I read somewhere that it was lemonade though.

Anyway my Sim Josie Tully baked some muffins to sell, which were nice but she didn't have much luck

With the bakesale table, kids have to use the toy oven to make cakes for the table, right? I tried it last night and my kid had nothing to stock up with, so, I'm assuming so.... >_>

Yups they make sweet with the toy oven. I was rather amazed that there's a pretty good variety.

And on a sort of side note.. I found out the other day that kids can't read the 'cooking volume 1' and books of the like... How are we supposed to build skills early if they can't read the books?! >:(
