I got lazy. I confess. I couldn't be bothered to download lots of new CC, so I decided to go to the exchange and download a bunch of sims with custom hair/clothes/makeup etc.

I regret not being careful.

I now have some CC which shows up for toddlers, but its adult size/shape, making the toddlers look really glitched and like a human spider.

The main issue here is somehow one of the sims came with Rosesims2's Centaur Body mesh (is it even converted for ts3?? Badly it seems.) Anywho - this outfit is causing serious issues - It shows up on nearly every sim created after the CC is installed as their default outfits for everything, including pregnancy and naked.

This outfit shows up for every age (still being the size of an adult) and even appears on the infants. When I brought the baby home I thought it was just a glitch and the baby was invisible, but when i moved the camera around it went crazy and this outfit was spinning and stretching and literally covered the entire screen making the game unplayable. I managed to for the baby to age up to a toddler, but he still had this outfit, luckily I could change his appearance at that time and put normal clothes back on, but then I noticed sims walking around town with the freaking untexturized centaur outfit, and men/male children walking around in the high boots from the basegame...

WHAT HAVE I DONE!! :'(

How can I find/and delete the problem CC. And also if I delete some of the toddler CC (which is adult sized) will that delete it for adults too?

Delete the DDCache file, it will have ALL sims3pack-installed custom content. It is suggested to download normally due to being able to delete separate files. Make sure to delete your cache files in My Documents so it can reset all sims back to normal.

So that will delete everything installed via the launcher? Because I have some store stuff there too which I really CBA to reinstall...

Aha! I found the main culprit! I didn't actually know you could go through and delete stuff what is installed by going to the installed content panel Although I've yet to track down all the other problematic CC... Grr I know I will never be doing this again without checking carefully what the CC comes with it.

I deleted it all now. I removed most of the CC but then I decided I didn't want CC apart from custom skins so i deleted it all!

Hahaha just sounded cool. No big deal!

It was horribly weird. And kind of hard to see anything because as you rotated the camera, the mesh would literally cover up the screen. And thats before a sim has picked the baby up!! haha! :P
