 Re: Favorite T.V. shows
I'm looking forward to Mad Love, which starts Monday. Although I've had a burning hatred towards Sarah Chalke's characters after Stella on How I Met Your Mother, I kinda like her as an actress. ALSO it has that weird redheaded woman whose name I really can't remember who was on HIMYM also, as well as The Big Bang Theory, AND Jason Biggs, AND that other guy. The only TV show I've ever really gotten into from when it started was Glee, so I'm looking forward to having another one.

I'm currently OBSESSED with The Golden Girls. I've watched almost the entire first season in a week. Betty White and Rue McClanaghan are just too cool for words.

I've only seen that show a few times, but each time, my eyes were glued to the screen for hours (hooray, marathons ). As for the rest, right now I'm really into the Big Bang Theory. And I think I may become a Glee fan yet, even though I've only seen 2 episodes in my life.

 Re: Favorite T.V. shows
YAY another Big Bang-ophile. Both BBT and Glee seem to be at the top of the Parent's Television Council (AKA the Prudey Born-Again Christian American Housewives with Too Much Free Time Council) hitlist for the 'sexualisation of women'. Kinda iffy about Glee's involvement... the Brittany Spears episode seemed to be the worst, but The Big Bang Theory? The only time they seem to objectify women is when Leonard pays for Penny's dinner because she's cute. I think they're just attacking it under that title so they don't have to admit it's because it's kind on an anti-religious show.

You mean... they've moved on from hating on Family Guy every god damn week? Never thought I'd see the day.

After all it's not like Christianity is the only thing out there; other beliefs exist too. And in any case, how could Glee and BBT be the worst?

 Re: Favorite T.V. shows
well glee definitely had one episode that was so anti-christian it was almost too over the top and i'm not at all into religion. (family guy is way worse about that stuff though.) I just don't think its fair to brain wash children that watch tv. (the same can be said for brainwashed 8 years old who join in anti-gay rallies with there parents.)
but the episode of glee is the one where quinn gets pregnant, and has to tell them. She brings finn over for dinner and the dad is like "glenn beck, glenn beck, the best guy ever!" and then he finds out shes pregnant and hes like "satan! go to hell and gtfo!"
but yeah, um tv shows.
I can not stop watching modern family online! i'm scared though because i'm a couple episodes away from being caught up with the series, and then what am i supposed to obsess over besides survivor that i have to wait a whole week for in between episodes.
Edit: i just saw the episode where claire tries to stop the speeding driver... i almost died laughing.

I'm currently rewatching it from the beginning, but I hate how the pilot episode is so different. Ian and Toby are played by different people and I'm pretty sure the church in the first episode and the church in the last episode are meant to be the same place?

Really, Ian and Toby are played by different actors? I didn't even realize that, it's been so long since I've seen the pilot episode. I hate it when shows do that, though. Now I am curious - I will have to go back and watch the first episode!

 Re: Favorite T.V. shows
ARGH, everything's ending! I bought the first season of Skins yesterday (The UK version), so I'll see how that goes. I need some new entertainment between now and September when everything starts airing again. :\

I suppose I should finish the 4400. But other than that it's still a long wait until True Blood.

And that was a couple of months ago. The only reason I took a break was because I couldn't find a good place to watch. I got really annoyed that episodes cut off randomly or were labeled wrong and on Korean sites or something.

You only see Ian in a flashback, and I assumed it was Toby, it was a boy helping Jenna walk into the church at the end, neither of them had lines, though.
