EA today announced a new social network game for Facebook called The Sims Social. The new game will have multiplayer interaction, allowing you to play and interact with your Facebook friends.

I sure won't. Any sims game that isn't the PC or console versions is not good.

EA will milk it for all it's worth. Instead of earning simoleons in the game you'll probably have to exchange Facebook credits for them.

It's probably just going to be another annoying Facebook game. I hate those stupid Facebook credits. I will probably try it out but I won't spend any money or a lot of time on it, I'm sure.

I'll give it a shot, but the last thing I need is another farmville. I'd rather spend my addiction on somthing that has a little bit of knowledgeable bennefit (building houses in the sims)

I don't do Facebook -- nothing against it, I just don't need yet another time sink. I spend enough time online and playing games as it is.

I'd rather not have a romantic relationship with my facebook friends.

This actually seems kind of fun.

I mean, when I'm having those days I'm too lazy to load up Sims 3 and I can just play some cheaped down cartoon version with my friends right on facebook!
I've seriously been kind of wanting a game like this on facebook. I will probably get bored after 5 minutes. But still.

Eh... I get tired of how all facebook games revolve around having to get a crap load of friends you don't even know added to your page just to progress in any of the games. It just gets you a lot of spam and people looking into your life you might not want.

I may try the game though, but I doubt I'll play it. I've blocked just about every game on there due to spam.

Yeah, I watched the trailer and they just made it seem like some kind of avatar cyber sex game. It creeped me out. I'd rather have a real relationship with a guy than with his sim.

I'm not trying to praise EA at all, but I have a feeling this isn't even from themm... I mean, EA can be bad, but this is BAAAD..

Yeah, because I've always dreamed about having cyber sex in the shower with my friends... This is just pathetic! EA, you may stop now!
