Australian pre-order comes with real-life collar
So, I was checking the EB Games website to see when Pets was actually being released, and they had a little message at the top saying that if you pre-order Pets, not only will you get the limited edition version but also a real-life pet collar. This looks... interesting to say the least. I doubt I'll be using it any time soon, but it's nice to see a justification for the $10 extra cost, even if it's gimicky.

OMG I'll probably just wear it as a bracelet because none of my pets need a new collar and this is JUST. SO. AWESO- Did you say $10 extra?!?

This is why I hate being from America, none of the things I like do those special things for Americans! (and that includes stuff aside from the Sims) I would love for my dog to have a Sims 3 collar, haha, it would express my love for the Sims. Go out in public and show it off. Flaunt it!

Re: Australian pre-order comes with real-life collar
We're always getting bonus stuff with preordering though. When I got Assassin's Creed Brotherhood it came with a book full of the codex pages from AC2, Ocarina of Time on the 3DS came with an ocarina, and the next two mario games coming out have a tanuki hat and Mario cap.
I guess they use it as an incentive for buying the game from Australia rather than having it imported from overseas. The cost of buying a game from America and having to pay international shipping is still cheaper than buying it in a store over here.
