Those three are excellent! :] I was listening carefully to Babooshka the other day since I'd never really listened to the lyrics closely and was thinking, "How tragically funny! Kate Bush is so clever." I think my fave is Nocturn. It was one of the first I encountered and even though it's one of her later songs, I finding it mesmerizing. It's nice to listen to when you need some calm.

An acquaintance from high school invited me to an HRC meeting tonight and I'm so nervous to see him my stomach is churning. I think I might take a couple shots of whiskey before I go just so I'm not really stiff and awkward... As long as I don't go drunk to the point of slurred speech, I think this might go over well. hopefully. UGH I'm stressed.

People are really starting to piss me off... not directly to what they do to me, but to what other people have to deal with them. Have you guys ever had to deal with someone who can't handle when someone they depend on moves on socially, maturity wise, or other? Basically, one of my friends is dealing with SO much shit in the past few months because she decided to stop drinking / smoking with a group of people. She still wants to be friends, of course, but they won't stop bugging the shit out of her.

I don't smoke marijuana much at all, but all my friends are pot smokers. I tell them I don't like the way it makes me feel, and they stop bugging me. If she explains to them why she doesn't want to do it they should understand. Also, she could try nursing one beer, which is when you pretend you are drinking a lot but really stick to one beer the whole night. Usually drunk people won't notice.

Meh. I'll make sure to drill that in with her. That's pretty much what I went over. The sad part is that I share the same friends and they NEVER bug me. I guess it's because you know I SERIOUSLY won't. The difference is my friend has had a past with drinking and smoking, but what she explained to me is that it was a really bad time, and she was still getting over my friend dying last year. Idk.. In all honesty, the way they are treating her, I KNOW they'd love to get me drugged up to have some fun, but I'm too far above it as stands. All she wants is to achieve the same balance, I guess. Because she doesn't want to drop some of her best friends over stupid shit. Hmm..

So, Day 2 fresh out of prescribed medicine. Pretty good! I'm still taking Ibuprofen. Idk. Maybe it's because I skipped around and conserved medicine for a 4th day originally.
