ok i am getting upset . i bought sims pets Limited edition. installed the pet shop. i can;t find it anywhere in my game:( plz tell me where its located. its not in any of the commity lots. helpppppppp

Hi there! It'll be in your lots bin for you to place wherever you'd like (granted it fits). :] Also, welcome to the forum!

Kira, I don't think that's right. You have to use your game code and get it on the Sims 3 site. Then it'll install, then it'll be in your game.

its not i n my lot:( i looked its installed showing it in my launchers, has a object not in lots. i even unstall and resrall the pet shop, still nowhere to be found

Make sure the pet store is actually installed first, it should be in the 'installed content' section of the launcher under objects. Also make sure you haven't ticked the 'run without custom content' box.


It should be installed into the Community Lots panel, you can tell which one it is because it should have the little store icon in the bottom corner.


If you're playing Appaloosa Plains there's a lot that's been placed in the town with the intention of having the pet store go on it.

Draik: EA is stupid and you also have to change the lot type, if I remember correctly. i hope that works out, and welcome to the forums!

Ty Draik for your help, i unstall the pet shop reinstall i have it now on lot:) but i have another problem.the consignment store everytime i go there to buy stuff no ones is at the Register : i see other sims there but nobody to behide the Register? even with out the Register mod

Do you mean the actual lot that's already placed in Appaloosa Plains or the pet store venue type... because I was able to just plop it down without changing anything.

The actual lot in Appaloosa plains... Maybe I'm mistaken. But i originally thought i couldn't place it there. If it's icon is filled then you have to "delete" the current lot, and then it'll be an empty venue... but try plopping it first I guess.
