Well, I just pre-purchased!

I was going to get it in-store, but I could actually buy it from the Guild Wars website, so I saved myself $30.

I can't think of anything but playing lol. BETA COME FASTER

I've downloaded about a third of it... I'm going to have to do it bit by bit so the internet people don't send a warning message to dad's email letting him know a quarter of our monthly usage was done in a day.

Well that was a fun weekend!

I had a couple of weird problems with the game, mainly with it crashing every so often, depending on how high I set the graphics and whether or not I was playing it in full screen.
I've become pretty attached to my character though, I don't know if I'll be able to switch to a Sylvari when the game's released.

I stayed up for the end of beta event... to kill the moas... god am I tired. I fell asleep around 5 here...

Looks like I went MIA for a bit!

I managed to play a bit while in Sweden. I had a great time. I played a Human Necromancer. And yeah, I logged in fine before the beta was meant to start just fine, but when it was the official time, I was getting disconnected so many times that I just gave up.

I played a character I probably won't play because the characters from the beta will most likely be wiped at some point.

Yeah, there were some seething graphics issues but that's because they haven't optimised the game for all types of hardware yet (it usually gets done towards the end of the game development), so a lot of the graphics work was actually being done by the CPU. It'll improve once the game comes out!

I hope the next BWE is during the last weekend of May! I have exams before that, and I have guests over during the first 2 weekends of June.

YAY, the next Beta event is soooooon!

We need to all organise a time and place to meet up in-game so we can go trolling around killing Moas and stuff.

I can't play too much that weekend cause I have to study for my French exam, but we definitely need to do that. :) I'll be brining my mesmer <3

Yes but in the previous BWE, that feature wasn't active yet. They haven't released any information about guesting for this coming BWE event as of yet.

It'd just be nice to be able to meet people in game from other servers with a character that I've worked on.

The next (and last) beta weekend event is next week!
