New interview 3 January
Dutch gaming site DGS-online posted an interview with Ben Bell. He's asked about neighborhoods, aliens and even about DRM.
Note that it's translated from Dutch so it's a bit rough. Also note that the interview was taken 2 months ago; I only recently found it.

Forum update
You may have noticed the old forum gone. It's still there, but it's upgraded to version 3. There is still a lot of work on it though, so in the meantime please use the new forum.

Last poll question was which odd trait you like most. Well there were a lot of choices to pick, Hopeless Romantic was the most popular with 1 out of 4 people. Insane got picked by almost 1 out of 5. Kleptomaniac is also popular (16%) but all the others got around 10%.

German fansite Simtimes posted 8 new Sims 3 screenshots from gamemagazine 'GameStar'.

Updated official Sims 3 details 22 December
EA has updated their details on Sims 3. There are no real interesting changes other then the fact that the German magazines were right with saying that the amount of Traits has been reduced to over 60 instead of over 80 traits.

The VIP mails have finally been sent to those who subscribed and a new picture of buildmode can be found in the VIP section.

New Sims 3 trailer 18 December
1Up posted a new official Sims 3 trailer. This movie features Create-a-Style and shows a whole range of different kinds of Sims as well as ways to decorate your sims' homes.

New Sims 3 preview 17 December
Games Radar took a trip to EA and had a hands-on with The Sims 3. There's no new info in this preview, but rather list a few positive things from the game like the improved build mode and the fact you have to spend less time on the Needs.
