Chris_damon from the Snootysims forum got his hands on an invitation flyer. It speaks of a camp where selected sites get the chance of spending a week with The Sims 3, creating content for the game.

Kikizo had a very long interview with Ben Bell about The Sims 3. It contains some very interesting new bits of info:
- If you're a bad parent, traits for the kids will be given instead of you choosing them.
- You can go to the countryside and collect seeds for your garden.
- When you register the game, you get a second neighborhood.

TorrentFreak posted a list of the most pirated games of this year. Spore, that uses the latest SecuROM is at number 1 with a total of 1.7 million copies; Making it the most pirated game in history.
TorrentFreak rightly says that this high number was mostly thanks to the use of DRM. So if EA doesn't want to see Sims 3 at the top of that list next year, they better stop using SecuROM.

Last poll question was if you think Sims 3 will be just as succesful as Sims 2. Most people (43%) say that Sims 3 will be even more succesful then Sims 2. About 1 third think it will do just as good. Only a very small percentage thinks that Sims 3 will be a failure.

IGN posted a new official trailer. In this movie, an evil Sim steals candy from a baby. IGN also had an interview with Ben Bell. He does not reveal much info in this Q and A, but ofcourse always worth a read.

EA has updated their details on Sims 3. There are no real interesting changes other then the fact that the German magazines were right with saying that the amount of Traits has been reduced to over 60 instead of over 80 traits.
